The University of Zielona Góra will collaborate with Rduch Bells & Clocks, a company that has been providing cutting-edge solutions in bell automation, bell structures, tower clocks, and multimedia systems for churches for over fifty years. On Wednesday, December 18, the two parties signed a letter of intent.

The main objectives of the agreement include:

• Collaboration on documentation and inventory work for the renovation of historic bells and their mechanisms;
• Exchange of expertise on construction solutions used in the development of new drive systems;
• Laboratory cooperation in metallographic and structural (sound) analysis of historic bells;
• Support for archival research needed to prepare conservation plans for bells;
• Collaboration with conservation authorities in the protection of historic bells.
