Tasks and duties:
- Preparation and registration of correspondence, forwarding it to relevant responsible units while taking care of timely execution;
- Drafting official letters and replies to correspondence;
- Tasks, appointments and meetings schedule management;
- Preparation of meetings and minutes of the meetings organized by supervisor;
- Performing organizational and administrative tasks for supervisor;
- Proper use of seals and stamps;
- Cooperation with relevant administrative units of the University;
- Keeping a register business trips;
- Ongoing control of usage of departments’ allocated funds;
- Preparation of collective financial statements on the activities of the department;
- Preparation of collective data for department's material and financial plan;
- Conducting tasks related to the financial management of department;
- Preparation of information on public procurement procedures in the department;
- Update of electronic database of employees of the unit in the “Dziekanat” system;
- Entering expenses orders related to activities of the department into „Dziekanat” system
- Operating “Dziekanat” system within the scope of department's activities.
