Tasks and duties:
- Coordination and supervision on the department’s activities related to national and international programmes, research, staff development, prizes and scholarships;
- Cooperation with University’s units within the scope of activities of subordinate units;
- Coordination of information and advisory activities on obtaining funds from national and international programmes;
- Formal supervision over the preparation, implementation and accounting of national and international projects;
- Cooperation with other units of the University on obtaining funds from the Scientific and Research Fund of Deputy Rector for Science and International Cooperation;
- Drafting internal regulation related to the scope of the Office's activities in cooperation with other units of the University;
- Formal supervision over documentation related to the scope of the Office's activities;
- Supervision over funds within the scope of the Office's activities;
- Coordination and supervision over the public procurement procedures within the scope of the Office's activities;
- Supervision over proper and timely data entry in the POL-on system concerning employees’ statements on the represented field and discipline, statements on N number and statements authorizing demonstration of achievements within the discipline for the purpose of evaluating the quality of scientific activity;
- Supervision over the procedures for awarding academic titles, degrees, doctor honoris causa titles;
- Performing other tasks resulting from the responsibilities of the Deputy Rector for Science and International Cooperation.
