On July 13, 2023 a delegation from Hong Duc University visited the University of Zielona Góra. The first cooperation agreement between our universities was signed 5 years ago - on August 21, 2018. During the official meeting on Thursday, the rectors, Prof. Dung Bui Van and Prof. Wojciech Strzyżewski, signed a cooperation agreement between Hong Duc University and the University of Zielona Góra for the next 5 years hoping to extend its scope for other reaserch areas such as education, economics and computer science in the nearest future.

The meeting was attended by Leszek Kaźmierczak-Piwko, PhD Sc., Vice-Rector of Economics and Management Faculty, Prof. Andrzej Obuchowicz, Vice-Rector of Faculty of Computer, Electrical and Control Engineering anbd Prof. Mirosław Kowalski, Director of the Pedagogy Institute as well as Vietnamese Vice-rectors: Hieu Le Quang - Faculty of Economics - Businens Administration, Anh Pham The - Faculty of Information and Communication Technology oraz Dong Nguyen Van - Faculty of Primary Teacher Education. The meeting was also attended by Dariusz Lesicki, Deputy Mayor of the City.
