The University of Zielona Góra has been recognized for implementing projects financed by European Funds. Our university is one of twenty distinguished institutions from the Lubusz Voivodeship. The awards were granted for projects such as “Reconstruction of the Educational Building of the Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Automation” and “Construction of the University of Zielona Góra Science and Technology Park and Library.”

The awards for the best beneficiaries and leaders EU funds were presented on 17^th December during the gala event “Lubuskie Celebrates 20 Years in the EU.” The meeting took place at the Castle of the Knights Hospitaller in Łagów. On behalf of the university, the award was received by Prof. Justyna Patalas-Maliszewska, Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation at the University of Zielona Góra.
